Bart Bechtel
SpyCruise’s SpySkipper Bart Bechtel has been successfully leading SpyCruises since 2002. Bart is a retired covert CIA operations officer who had assignments all over the world.
He is currently the Assistant Chief Academic Officer for Henley-Putnam University, an accredited online university offering bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees in intelligence, counterterrorism, and personal protection.
Bart is also a professor at the Centre for Counterintelligence and Security Studies (CI CENTRE), a counterintelligence, counterterrorism and security training company in the Washington, DC area that serves the government and corporate sector. The CI CENTRE also runs SpyTrek travel excursions such as SpyCruise, SpyDrive and SpyRetreat.
Bart and his wife Nina, also a former CIA operations officer, live in Florida and of course, they love to go on cruises.
